Livingstone, among a host of other things, was a keen supporter of the Y.M.C.A. and lived to advise the campaign which resulted in our current building.

Summary:

Livingstone (1831-1912) was a forgotten notable of Victorian Swansea until this book brought him to life. A firm Wesleyan, a keen sportsman, a businessman and a leader in local government, he was radical, brave and inspirational.
